1. step :
we are downloading and installing the telegram desktop application. then we click on the new channel from the menu on the top left

2. step :
we type in the channel name and the user name of the channel.

3. step :
now it's time to create a bot and add the bot to the telegram channel. we type @botfather instead of search on the top left and click on it Dec

4. step :
in the chat that opens with botfather, we say /start and start creating a new bot. he's listing us some bot commands. we click on the /newbot one from here.
then he asks us to enter a name for the boat.
after entering the name, he wants us to give a username to our bot, but at the end he wants us to definitely add the word bot.

after entering the username of our bot, it gives us a bot token for using the api, and we will use this bot token in our bot.

now we are adding our bot to the telegram channel (I just created a channel called test there) as an administrator. to do this, we come to the channel we have created and press the three dots on the top right. from there, we say manage channel and click on the administrators tab. there is October administrator at the bottom right now, we click there and search for the bot we created with @. (the bot I created is @ornektest_bot) then we click on it and finish the insertion process.

so far, we have one telegram and one bot connected to this telegram.
